4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review carefully before placing your order.
⛥ Orders may be cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.
⛥ After 3 days, spell preparation and energetic work will have already begun.
⛥ Once preparation has started, the service becomes non-refundable.
If a cancellation is approved within the 3-day window, refunds are issued as store credit only.
We do not provide cash refunds or payment reversals once work has begun.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after services have started will result in refusal of future services.
5. Digital Services
All services offered are spiritual or digital in nature.
No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
If a listing includes a physical product, shipping information will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times listed on product pages are estimates and may vary depending on workload and spiritual timing.
Delays do not qualify for refunds. Clients will be notified in the event of significant delays.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to requests involving:

If a service is refused before work has begun, a refund will be issued.
