While all spellwork and spiritual services are performed with intention, care, and belief in the craft, outcomes vary depending on personal circumstances, timing, energy alignment, free will, and the actions taken after the work is performed. Every situation is unique, and no specific result or timeline can be promised. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

There is no set manifestation timeline. Some clients notice shifts within hours, while others may experience results over several weeks or longer. The speed at which a spell works depends on factors such as divine timing, energy alignment, resistance or blockages, free will, and real-world action taken. Spellwork is intended to influence and support energy, not override free will or force outcomes.

There is no fixed turnaround time for spellwork or readings. Spiritual work is energetically demanding and requires proper preparation, focus, and alignment. Turnaround efficiency is always prioritised; however, due to high demand, delays may occasionally occur.

Most clients receive their spell completion or reading confirmation within up to four weeks (approximately one month) from the purchase date. If you would like your service prioritised, an expedite fee must be purchased at the time of booking. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If no results are seen within three months of the spell being marked as completed, the client is entitled to one free recast of the original spell.

Recasts are offered as a continuation of energetic support and do not guarantee results. The recast must be requested by the client after the three-month period has passed. Recasts apply only to the original spell and cannot be transferred to a different service.

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase. After 72 hours, spell preparation and energetic work will have already begun, and the service becomes non-refundable. Approved cancellations within the allowed window will be issued as store credit only.

Refunds are not provided once spell preparation has started. If a cancellation is approved within the 72-hour window, you will receive store credit.

Clients are not entitled to refunds due to delays or if no results are seen. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only, and results cannot be guaranteed. Delays, timing differences, or unmet expectations do not qualify for refunds. Cash refunds or payment reversals are not offered once work has begun.
